Just like at weddings, maternity shoots, births, baby and family shoots are all about the love, emotion and fun that you have with your favourite people.

Time moves fast. And so do children. Photographing them can be a challenge, especially if most of the time you only have your phone to hand. Of course you can hire a photographer with a studio and they will capture wonderful photos of you and your children with a white background studio look. But realistically, how many times are you going to want this type of shoot?

And this is where I come in as a natural Children and Family Photographer. I shoot in a documentary, unposed and relaxed style, and capture your family from birth and beyond in natural surroundings doing what you love to do together.

I unobtrusively capture your birth and the intimacy you share in this incredibly personal moment. Then enjoy those first few moments with your little one and fall in love with your beautiful new arrival while I take your photos to keep this moment safe.

Then as they get bigger and discover the world, let’s head to the playground or go for a walk along the beach. You can go and play catch, have a picnic or just spend a relaxed day together in your favourite place. I will come along with you and take photos of you being yourselves and having fun together.

The photographs from a family, birth, bump or baby session are very different to the ones from a studio session, and families return to me year after year as their children grow.

Displayed in a beautiful album or frames around your house, they can bottle up all your kiddies’ steps in life in wonderful memories to look back on for years to come.
