All you need is love… and a little bit of sunshine at Waddesdon Manor
On a gloriously sunny day that we so rarely have in the UK, I met Phil and Laura for their Waddesdon Manor sunny pre-wedding photoshoot. The sky was blue and the bees were out and buzzing. Everyone sported smiles and enjoyed some ice cream in the sunshine. Even mushrooms poked their little heads out.
I love summer. It’s my favourite time of year. Everyone seems happy and they seem to have more time to do the things they love most. It’s easier to feel beautiful and the sun is flattering too. And so we set out to capture some relaxed, unposed and fun images for this lovely couple.
A glorious National Trust property for a sunny pre-wedding photoshoot
Waddesdon Manor is just a short train ride away from London. This glorious 19th century French Chateau is surrounded by stunning views of Oxfordshire, the Chilterns Hills and the Aylesbury Vale. It boasts vast and magnificent Victorian style gardens that are the perfect location for a Waddesdon Manor sunny pre-wedding photoshoot. There are roses, topiaries, footpaths and lots of playgrounds, which make Waddesdon Manor a great venue and location on any day out.
We couldn’t resist the Rococo style Aviary in the heart of the gardens and had to explore the trails around the gardens and the Manor. I love how relaxed Laura and Phil were with each other. Their love and joy to spend time with each other jumps right out of their pictures.
To say the least, we had a great time and this was just a taste of what was to come at their beautiful Birtsmorton Court wedding.
If you’d like to go for a wander and an ice cream here too as well as capture some lovely moments, let’s chat and make some plans.
